REPORTS TO : CEO


The current need is for a customer obsessed, data driven entrepreneur to join the young and growing team at CloudCherry. Inthis role he will define the positioning for CloudCherry’s solutionsand help drive the go-to-market plan to meet business objectives. He will be required to develop a strong understanding of the solution, market, customers, and competition, and be able to translate this knowledge into high-impact Go-To-Market strategy for the firm.

As a Regional Sales Head, he will be heading the complete P & L and sales at regional level. He will be responsible to identity strategic partnerships and new business acquisition of CloudCherry’s SAAS based customer analytics products. He will work to influence cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Product and Strategy & Operations in order to achieve targets.

He will have a unique blend of strategic and analytical thinking, sales acumen, and operational skills. Strategically, he will help determine the overall go-to-market strategy and identify opportunities to more rapidly grow business. From a sales perspective he will help evolve the sales process, craft the prospect and customer experience, and ensure the salespeople have the best skills in the industry. Operationally, he will run a data-driven “tight ship” to ensure they maximize their opportunity and glean key insights to drive future potential.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring clients, negotiating, and selling the Cloudcherry Software platform to marketing and research executives of Fortune 500 companies, e commerce, retail and financial services industry
  • Build, maintain and nurture strong key relationships CXO levels and key stake holders in customer experience / loyalty / retention functions
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Implements Regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets considering supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Directly nurture and manage key account relationships in mid – large size firms
  • Working closely with marketing team in making CloudCherry a well recognized brand in the customer analytics SAAS based products , resulting in good quality leads
  • Providing a “customer view” to the CloudCherry Product Management team and shape the product roadmap

Experience

  • 8-12 years of experience in Sales function in enterprise (B2B) domain
  • Strong experience in selling enterprise IT / SaaS based technology products to Industry Verticals like Retail, E-com , Services and Financial services
  • Self-driven, comfortable with always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Superior communication skills
  • Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Solution) based business would be bonus

Skills & Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience at a leading advertising agency/PR firm/Marketing agency
  • Creative writing skills, perfect communication written and verbal
  • Must love to write, must be up to date with the latest trends, pop culture, technology etc.
  • Must have diversity, must understand & love technology
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team and coordinate with Design team to create all material required
  • Will be required to manage events, PR, Communications, Databases, Marketing lists Etc
  • Must want to grow as a Marketing executive with a strategic and Tactical planning mind

Skills & Experience

  • No of Positions: 3
  • Cold Calling & Emailing to enterprises and audience of CXO/VP/Head level
  • 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Managing CRM and databases
  • Creative writing skills, perfect communication written and verbal
  • Work closely with MR team as well as with Sales team as the cog in the middle
  • Challenging, target-based role
  • Preferable experience of selling technology products into India Enterprise/APAC/Middle East/Europe

Skills & Experience

  • Overall Experience: 1-3 years
  • Should have worked on UI development using HTML/CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap
  • Asset: Angular JS, Jquery, D3.JS, OOPS concept
  • Should have worked predominantly on Product and mobile UI dev
  • Should know how to deal with various HTML, CSS elements and tag libraries
  • Should be extremely skilled in Adobe Suite of products, Cross Browser Compatibility, Responsive design, Dynamic content handling and CMS (WordPress)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Individual Contributor as well as Team player.
  • Responsibility include Web UI design, Implementation and execution for Website, app and Dashboard
  • Shall work closely with UX/UI design team and Front end team for requirement understanding and developing our product and marketing material

Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in any JS framework (Preferably AngularJS)
  • Max of 3 years’ experience with at least 1 year of experience as a JS dev
  • Knowledge of D3.JS, OOPS, HTML5, CSS3
  • Ability to conceptualize and create custom concept components
