The first Dialogues on Delight event was hosted at ITC Gardenia in Bengaluru on the 25th of September, 2015. On the beautiful Friday evening, CloudCherry played host to over 50 thought leaders and business experts representing brands like Aditya Birla, Puma, Titan, Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank, Microsoft, Diabetacare, Caratlane and several others. This edition’s theme was ‘Customer Experience in an omnichannel world’, where speakers and the audience shared cocktails and conversations about their learnings, tips and success stories about how brands today enhance Customer experience in this connected world.
